PSYCHOTHERAPY TREATMENT SERVICES
Key Insights provides integrative, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic counseling services for individuals and families, including children of all ages, to treat a range of emotional, behavioral, and social concerns. Our treatment team teaches stress management, coping, and self-regulation skills to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, obsessive thinking, and behavioral problems. With young children, we utilize play therapy techniques to teach how to recognize feelings and manage behavior in addition to providing parent training. Analyses of personality and relationship patterns are conducted to improve functioning at home, school, and work. Other specialties include cognitive remediation, executive and social skills training, chronic pain management, clinical hypnotherapy, and lifestyle behavioral health services.
